c. AI and Usage Data

EliuAI processes and analyzes user-provided content (such as notes and action items) to generate insights, recommendations, and summaries only for users on a Pro plan with AI enabled.

If a user is not on the Pro plan (or has AI features turned off), their data is never sent to or used by any AI model, and is processed only for core app functionality.

  • Improve AI accuracy and product performance.
  • Train internal systems (without exposing user-identifiable data).
  • Detect abuse, misuse, or performance issues.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain the Service.
  • Personalize your experience and AI-generated insights.
  • Process transactions and manage billing.
  • Respond to support requests and communicate updates.
  • Analyze trends, usage, and improve the Service.
  • Enforce our Terms of Service and prevent abuse or fraud.

We never sell personal data.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

EliuAI uses artificial intelligence to assist with analysis, summaries, and insights.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated information is not professional advice.

We only retain anonymized or aggregated AI training data. Personal or sensitive information is not used for public or third-party AI model training.
